  2. How do I get to the venue?

    Ground transportation from the airport to Auto Camp Cape Cod will be arranged for you as part of the booking process, there is no need to coordinate on your own. Once your travel is confirmed, you'll receive details on your pickup.

  3. My travel plans changed. How do I update my booking?

    Please reach out to Raven at raven@reimaginemm.com before making any changes to confirm availability. Some changes may incur fees.

  4. What if I need help while traveling?

    For event-specific travel help, contact Raven at raven@reimaginemm.com.

  5. Do I need to pay upfront?

    No. All pre-approved travel, accommodations, and ground transportation are covered by Zapier.

    You cover anything personal or outside that scope.

  6. Can I use loyalty programs?

    Yes! Let us know your frequent flyer or hotel loyalty numbers in the intake form and we'll do our best to apply them.
